The principle of jet printing:

1. Continuous Ink Jet CIJ (continuous Ink Jet)

The principle of continuous jet type is to make the ink spray out of the nozzle to form a uniform continuous microdrip by applying high frequency vibration pressure to the ink. An electric field which changes synchronously with the graphic photoelectric conversion signal is arranged at the nozzle. The ejected droplet is selectively charged in the charging electric field. When the droplet flow continues to pass the deflection electric field, the charged droplet is deflected under the action of the electric field, and the uncharged droplet continues to keep a straight flight state. Droplets flying in a straight line cannot reach the substrate to be printed and are recovered by the collector. Charged droplets are sprayed onto the substrate to be printed.

2. Spray DOD onDemand (Drop OnDemand)

The working principle of on-demand jet printing system is that when printing is needed, the system exerts high-frequency mechanical force and electromagnetic thermal shock on the ink in the nozzle, making it form tiny liquid drops to spray out of the nozzle, and then spray to the set pattern by computer control. On demand jet type is the most widely used thermal inkjet technology, it is relying on heat pulsation to produce ink drops, by computer control of a heating resistance wire to the specified temperature, resulting in printing ink vaporization (fog) from the nozzle after ejecting. Another DOD technology is the piezoelectric injection system, which is controlled by a computer to impose a potential on the piezoelectric material, so that the piezoelectric material in the direction of the electric field compression, in the vertical direction of expansion, so that the printing ink ejected.
